🇺🇸 Time is the most precious asset we have. It creates the opportunity to all situations, to make things happen, to make things develop, to make things come to maturity. Time is the opportunity, nothing will come to a point by itself. When we add talent to the time we have productivity.
Productivity means results and that’s the reason we do things, we want results. Thinking on leadership, results are the ultimate goal for a leader. Everything is about results. When we talk about creating movement, the action of the leaderactive, the top result is not only to create a movement, but also getting people involved, so as the movement goes, they can develop their own, as part of the whole thing.
When we become part of a movement we have to be busy, making things happen. Being busy can be tricky, because creates the sense of producing results, but can be only a way to do things with no results necessarily. Both being busy and productive are necessary. It’s like a kitchen sink faucet. Modern faucets have the regular exit for streaming water and the spray function. The faucet keeps the water busy, flowing continuously, while the spray works direct to a spot, where it needs. Results come when we’re productive, but we also have to be working, nothing will come if we are stuck. Busy and productive work together.
We can use time to get into good results. It’s not about just being busy all the time, because if the faucet keeps flowing all the time, the result will be a kitchen floor totally wet and that wouldn’t be a good result!

Produtividade significa resultados e esta é a razão por fazermos coisas, queremos resultados. Pensando em liderança, resultados são o objetivo máximo de um líder. Tudo tem a ver com resultados. Falando em criar movimento, a ação do liderativo, o resultado maior não é somente criar movimento, mas também envolver as pessoas, assim à medida que o movimento segue as pessoas se desenvolvem.
Se somos parte de um movimento temos que estar ocupados, fazendo coisas acontecerem. Estar ocupado pode ser complicado, cria um senso de produzir resultados, mas pode ser apenas agitação. É necessário estar ocupado e ser produtivo. É como torneira da pia da cozinha. Torneiras modernas têm o cano de fluxo de água e a função de jato. A torneira mantem a água ocupada, fluindo continuamente, o jato funciona em um ponto específico, quando precisa. Resultados vêm se somos produtivos, mas temos que agir também, nada acontece se estivermos parados. Ocupado e produtivo andam juntos.
Usamos o tempo para ter bons resultados. Não se trata de estar sempre ocupado, porque se a torneira ficar jorrando água o tempo todo, vai inundar o chão da cozinha e isso não vai ser um bom resultado!
