🇺🇸 Leadership starts in one person. It’s an inner thing that will bring to out the ideals and motivations created. Once it starts cannot stay limited to one person. Leadership is an interpersonal factor. One thing that a leader must learn is how to share the leadership and get other people involved.
When I mention leadership, I’m talking about creating movement, which is the quality of a leaderactive. The challenge to believe in ourselves is to make another one to believe in the same way. Even if you truly believe in yourself this will be vanish if you cannot make another person to believe in you too. If you’re struggling trying to do so, start believing you’re able to learn how to get there.
I believe in the power of the words, but I know they’s no absolute power in this world. Words are good to start to influence other people and a leaderactive will need to use them and well! But we’re living in a time when words can be expressed in newer ways. Today, words need an image and a soul. It’s important to connect to the reason, but people are made of emotions too, so the words need to touch and inspire people’s emotions. To create an image, we need to turn something into a real thing. Even a small one, but when people start to see something, they start to connect. When emotions and images are linked, our vision starts to get a place into their attention. The rest is about how strong is your faith and beliefs.
In 2018, I started to wear glasses permanently. They call “transition lenses”. It’s to adjust my vision to every distance. If I can share what I see as well as I’m seeing, I can start to make some difference.

🇧🇷 Liderança começa com uma pessoa. É algo interior que traz pra fora ideais e motivações criadas. Depois que começa não poder ficar limitada a uma pessoa só. Liderança é um fator interpessoal. Algo que o líder precisa aprender é como partilhar a liderança e envolver pessoas.
Quando falo de liderança, estou falando de criar movimento, que é a qualidade do liderativo. O desafio de acreditar em si mesmos é fazer os outros acreditarem também. Mesmo que você realmente acredite em você mesmo, isso vai se perder se você não conseguir fazer outra pessoa acreditar em você também. Se você está tendo dificuldades com isso, comece acreditando que você pode aprender como.
Creio no poder das palavras, mas sei que não existe poder absoluto neste mundo. Palavras são boas para começar a influenciar pessoas e um liderativo vai precisar usa-las e bem! Mas vivemos num tempo onde as palavras são expressadas em novas formas. Hoje em dia, palavras precisam de imagem e alma. É importante se conectar com a razão, mas pessoas também são feitas de emoções e as palavras precisam tocar e inspirar as emoções. Para criar uma imagem precisamos tornar algo real. Mesmo pequeno, quando as pessoas verem, vão começar a se conectar. Quando unimos imagens e emoções, nossa visão começa a ter a atenção das pessoas. O resto é com o quanto você acredita na sua visão.
Em 2018 comecei a usar óculos permanentes. Lentes progressivas. Ajustam a visão de acordo com a distância. Se puder partilhar o que vejo tão bem quanto vejo, já posso começar a fazer a diferença.
