TRYING AND FEAR // TENTAR E O MEDO

“Instead of trying, we should always do the best we can. When we try, we allow fear to join us”.

Maybe there is no other experience in our days that is most overrated than "trying". "Try this", "try that", it is a motto for every aspect in life. Trying is like the challenge to live to most of what life offers.

This idea of trying is a stimulus to enrich experience, with the need of  caring for the outcome. Just try it. It is a great thing to enrich our life experience, but if we really want to do this the best way is not trying, it is doing the best way possible. To live life at full we need to embrace every experience intensely, otherwise we will offer space to fear. That is right. When we don't do things the best way possible, even when we are only "experiencing", fear will find a way to become part of that experience and it will ruin it some how. There is no place for fear when we are completely committed.

If you think "trying" is a way to prove you are fearless, you should experience doing with all your strength. That is what brave people are made of.

“Ao invés de tentar, deveríamos sempre fazer o melhor que podemos. Quando tentamos, permitimos que o medo se junte a nós”.

Talvez não exista outra experiência mais supervalorizada em nossos dias do que "tentar". "Tente isso", "tente aquilo", é um lema para cada aspecto da vida. Tentar é como um desafio para viver o máximo que a vida oferece.

Essa ideia de tentar é um estímulo para enriquecer a experiência, sem precisar se importar com o resultado. Apenas tente. É muito bom para enriquecer nossa vida, mas se queremos realmente fazer isso o melhor não é tentar, mas dar o nosso melhor em tudo. Para viver uma vida plena precisamos mergulhar intensamente em cada experiência, senão vamos dar lugar para o medo. Isso mesmo. Quando não fazemos nosso melhor, mesmo quando estamos apenas "experimentando", o medo vai achar um jeito de se tornar parte e estragar. Não existe lugar para o medo quando estamos completamente comprometidos.

Se você acha que "tentar" é o jeito de provar que não tem medo, deveria experimentar fazer com todas as suas forças. É disso que os bravos são feitos.

ACHIEVEMENT AND LEARNING // REALIZAÇÃO E APRENDIZADO

“The higher the achievement, the deeper the learning must be”.

The old saying says: "The bigger they are, the harder they fall". That is what may happen to those who let themselves be moved by arrogance. This is one of the worse conditions to happen any person and it is important to avoid it.

However, this can be different when we are thinking about learning. The learning process happens inside us and its effect goes deep in our mind. It become the foundation of our greatness. Everything we learn will affect our journey and guide our decisions. Reaching high levels of achievement is a new opportunity to look down and consider what we have learned from every experience and if we can stand on those lessons for keep moving even further.

It is a good thing to change arrogance for learning. It is like falling in a trampoline, we'll be bounce back even higher than we were.

“Quanto mais alta a realização, mais profundo deve ser o aprendizado”.

O velho ditado diz: "Quanto maior a altura, maior a queda". Isso é o que pode acontecer com pessoas que se deixam levar pelo orgulho. Essa é uma das piores condições que pode acontecer com qualquer pessoa e é importante evitar.

No entanto, isso pode ser diferente quando pensamos em aprendizado. O processo de aprendizado acontece dentro da gente e seu efeito vai fundo na mente. Ele se torna o fundamento da grandeza. Tudo que aprendemos vai afetar nossa jornada e guiar nossas decisões. Alcançar altos níveis de realização é uma nova oportunidade para refletirmos no que temos aprendido de cada experiência e se podemos nos apoiar nessas lições para continuar indo mais além.

É algo bom trocar a arrogância pelo aprendizado. É como cair numa cama elástica, vamos ser jogados para mais alto de onde estávamos.
