“We develop people’s potential by helping them use it”.
How was your experience helping somebody to develop her/his potential? What did you do? Did it work? How did you feel after helping that person? Would you like to do it again? Helping others is an amazing experience! There is no chance for us not being who is going to learn and grow the most. Of course, the person being helped will be tremendously benefited from our help and let's keep in our mind, this is the main goal. It is important to overcome the temptation of interfering or ending up doing for the other person. The more we help her doing for herself, the better will be her development. Everybody has a potential to be developed. There is no need to do too much. If we are able to be there, supporting and encouraging, this will be a huge motivation to others. That's it. Denison

Como foi sua experiência quando ajudou alguém a desenvolver o potencial? O que você fez? Funcionou? Como se sentiu depois de ter ajudado a pessoa? Gostaria de fazer de novo? Ajudar outros é uma experiência incrível! Não tem chance de não sermos os que vão aprender e crescer mais. Claro que a pessoa sendo ajudada vai ser tremendamente beneficiada com nossa ajuda e vamos mante em mente que esse é o objetivo. É importante resistir à tentação de interferir ou acabar fazendo pela outra pessoa. Quanto mais ajudarmos a fazer por si mesmo, melhor vai ser o desenvolvimento. Todo mundo tem um potencial a ser desenvolvido. Não é preciso fazer muito. Se formos capazes de estar lá, apoiando e encorajando, isso já vai ser uma grande motivação para ou outros. É isso. Denison
