There is no question about the importance of excellence. Every initiative is valid to make everything we do excellent. It is also important to understand how the work to reach excellence should be done. Think about all the energy involved in making something excellent. It is not a natural process. We are talking about priorities, strategies, protocols, action plans and meetings, so many meetings! In the middle of all those efforts we have to keep reminding ourselves that we are not working for excellence. We are working for results. Developing excellence is to create a route where everything we do will be driven to reach the higher possible level of our work. Também é importante compreender como o trabalho para alcançar excelência deveria ser feito. Pense em toda energia envolvida em fazer algo excelente. Não é um processo natural. Estamos falando de prioridades, estratégias, protocolos, planos de ação e reuniões, muitas reuniões! No meio de todos esses esforços temos que ficar lembrando a nós mesmos que não estamos trabalhando para a excelência. Trabalhamos pelos resultados. Desenvolver excelência é criar um caminho onde tudo vai ser direcionado para alcançar o nível mais alto do trabalho.
